EOC President awarded Legion of Honour by French Government

Dublin 8th October - Patrick Hickey has been bestowed the Legion of Honour, one of the French Republic's most prestigious, by the French Government for his contribution to Olympic sport. The President of the EOC received the award from the French ambassador to Ireland, HE Emmanuelle d'Achon, at an official reception at the French embassy in Dublin last night, with over 100 people in attendance.
