"ADD YOUR PEACE" PHOTO COMPETITION

Monaco, 23 May - For the first time, the international organization Peace and Sport, under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, has launched a photograph competition on Facebook.

The photo with the most votes will win the "Add your Peace" competition and will be presented with a unique prize: sports items donated and exclusively signed by famous Champions for Peace.

"Champions for Peace" are 68 legendary athletes committed to serve the cause of peace through sport, and they include Novak Djokovic, Paula Radcliffe, Tegla Loroupe, Sébastien Loeb, Blanka Vlasic, Sergey Bubka, and many others.

The winning photo will be exhibited at the Peace and Sport International Forum, to be held this year in Sochi Russia, from 31 October - 2 November; an event which will bring together more than 700 decision makers and stakeholders from politics, sport and the private sector engaged in actions for peace through sport.

The 2 runners up will receive a Peace and Sport sports kit provided by STAG, one of the organization's partners.

"Add your Peace" will highlight the vast diversity of ways in which peace through sport may be manifested. As well as winning prizes, participants can show their support for this cause: The challenge has been launched!
