On July 4th, at the Madrid Hq, the President of the Spanish NOC Alejandro Blanco, welcomed Angel Maria Villar president of the Spanish Royal Football Federation who had come to present him the 2008 European Cup. The whole NOC with Secretary General Victor Sanchez , together with many sports officials were on hand to congratulate the winning team.
