Baku, 12 June 2014 – It glows better on all supports and conveys with greater strength the vision of the inaugural European Games, to open up in Baku exactly in one year’s time, on 12 June 2015.

The updated Baku 2015 logo, introducing subtle changes to ensure that it works better for broadcasting and marketing perspectives, has been officially disclosed at the impressive One Year To Go ceremony held in the Azerbaijani capital city today.

All European NOCs will be able to use this logo for non-commercial purposes, such as publications, NOC uniforms, pre Baku 2015 events and so on, and may pass on the authority to use it to each of their 19 National Sports Federations whose sports are part of the 2015 European Games programme.

All NOCs should now link the new Baku 2015 logo on their NOC website homepages, so contributing to give visibility to their NOC and to the vision of this fantastic new initiative that the Olympic European Family is so very proud of.
